You can transfer your domain that you have purchased from another provider to us.
Having your domain name and hosting together under the same billing account is
often preferred by our customers.

Leave your existing domain name where is is and simply change the nameservers. This
will leave the billing and management with your existing domain provider, however,

Domain aliases / Parked Domains
Have more than one domain name? With this feature you can have a number of domain names
pointing to the same web space. Eg.: joesfood.com.au and joesfinefood.com.au can all go
to the same web site.
Domain Forwarding
Domain forwarding (also called URL redirection) allows you to redirect web requests for
your domain name to a site hosted on a different server (such as the free web space your
ISP may provide).
For example, if you already have a website such as users.your-isp.net.au/~your-user-name,
you will be able to access it via a short domain based URL such as www.yourchosendomain.com.au.
Webmail Access
All accounts can be accessed via webmail using any of the included web based programs,
such as Horde, SquirrelMail, RoundCube, which asre automatically accessible once your
control panel has been setup.
IMAP Support
IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol. It is a method of accessing email
messages that are kept on a mail server. In other words, it permits a 'client'
email program to access remote message stores as if they were local. For example, email
stored on an IMAP server can be manipulated from a desktop computer at home, a workstation
at the office, and a notebook computer while travelling, without the need to transfer
messages or files back and forth between these computers. Each email account that you
create has access to IMAP. You need to configure support for this in your email client.
POP3 / SMTP Access
All accounts have POP3 and SMTP activated, so you can check your email from your
preferred email client, including Outlook, Thunderbird, Entourage, Eudora, Apple Mail,
iPhone, Android, or any other POP3 email program.

mail sent to several email addresses.
The administrator can forward any users email account to another account. Each email user
can also configure email forwarding themselves from their own user control panel.
MX Records and Mail Preferences

or you would like to use one of our other email hosting options, we can modify your MX
